This is a wonderfully prepared, and beautifully textured cup. Mouth feel is a wine term, but we feel we can use it to describe the silky tanginess of this bright and even cup. It is grown on Pacific slopes of the Sierra Nevada near Panama's border. It is one of the few organic and shade coffee projects in Costa Rica today. 12 oz. certified organic. |
